All financial transactions on bd399 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd399 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank online transfer, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank — subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions:

• Bonus funds are awarded in addition to your cash deposit and are held separately in your bonus wallet until wagering requirements are met.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

• bd399 operates a strict policy against match-fixing. Any account found to be placing bets associated with suspected match-fixing activity will be immediately suspended and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
